About Mindfire International Ltd
MindFire International Ltd, commonly referred to as MindFire, was founded in 2018 and fully registered in Uganda in 2019, as a Social Enterprise that is focused on developing and supporting systems aimed at facilitating women and youth, as they pursue their Career or Entrepreneurship dreams through a market based approach that aims at producing triple bottom results for People, Planet and Profit (PPP).
Founded by a team of professionals in microfinance, Accounting, risk and compliance, insurance and tax, Mindfire serves as special purpose vehicle through which they contribute their expert knowledge acquired over the years, to support social and economic transformation in the communities.
Mindfire is uniquely positioned to not only create an enabling environment that support mind-set change, and knowledge/skills development but also provide a platform for developing ideas into established businesses through training, mentorship, coaching, business incubation as well as financial support.
We believe that economic transformation is created by a blend of economic activities and systems, and with that, all business ideas are supported to sprout and develop into well established businesses. We also support employed individuals to ground themselves and create value for themselves and the institutions they serve.
